We're four episodes into the new season of Doctor Who and four episodes into Peter Capaldi's tenure in the title role, so I thought now might be a good time to check in with you all regarding your feelings for the new guy. After spending three seasons with Matt Smith, it's understandable that some fans might not yet have a fully formed opinion of Twelve—sometimes it takes awhile to really get to know a new Doctor—but for those of you who've already spoken with your therapists and started sorting out your feelings, what are they? Do you like him? Do you hate him? Do you think you could grow to like him?

Graceland`s Season 2 Finale Explained by Creator Jeff Eastin

Did yet another major TV character just bite the dust? After a season filled with heartbreaking casualties courtesy of The Good Wife and Game of Thrones, it's unlikely that anyone expected USA’s sun-soaked sophomore drama Graceland to add to the body count. However, in the final moments of the Season 2 finale, FBI Agent Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit) appeared to die after dirty cop Sid (Carmine Giovinazzo) came to his hospital room and cut off his air supply, knowing full well that Mike’s lungs had collapsed during surgery. Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) rushed into Mike’s room soon afterward, only to find Mike without a pulse and flatlining as the doctors rushed to try to save him. So is Mike really dead? And if so, what does that mean for the show? I spoke to Gracelandcreator and executive producer Jeff Eastin to find out.

While watching over his body they do the draft and end up losing i in the coffin. Teflon Andre is now a thing. Andre, normally the loser, has become untouchable. I will not ruin the last two minutes of the episode but they are the best...you should watch it!

 Forstman, you magnificent bastard. To instate a MINION as head of the SEC?! Please, PLEASE, let him stick around. The guy is such a dominant FORCE (or is that Forst ?XD), with so little screen time. I mean come ON, most people go at Harvey with some sort of agency or case behind them, while Charles Forstman just has such a power as to *throw the SEC at someone*?!

Oh come ON, that is FAR too badass. Hardman could plant a fake memo. Cameron Dennis can try and frame Ava Hessington. But Charles Forstman?! Insidiously corrupts a federal agency through his epic amounts of money, power, rules-lawyering, and overall magnificent bastardry? He makes *every* villain that’s appeared look like complete idiots by comparison!

Finding Carter Season 1 Episode 6 Short Review

So...I`ve been watching this new tv show, Finding Carter. I like it, it`s not wow-ing but it`s ok...Tonight I saw episode 6 and I wanted to share my thoughts with you:

Emmy Nomination Thoughts

I don’t know why I get excited about Emmy nominations. It’s like part of me holds onto this strange hope that maybe this year will be different, maybe this year they’ll get it right, maybe this year Modern Family won’t even be nominated so I don’t have to pretend to understand or care what Sofia Vergara is trying to say when she’s somehow chosen to deliver the acceptance speech when they inevitably win, but my face again falls in disappointment.

I’m not saying they got everything wrong. Though most critics are surprised, I’m impressed with the lack of nominations for Brooklyn Nine-Nine. While the Golden Globes gave it love, it’s not a very funny show and Andy Samberg’s character comes off as so unlikeable it’s hard to believe anyone is watching this show. I’m thrilled there was support for Portlandia and a nomination for Fred Armisen and that the TV Academy finally watched Shameless and gave it some nomination love. I’m less surprised, but no less excited by Lizzy Caplan’s nomination for Masters of Sex or Silicon Valley sneaking into the Best Comedy Series race. Modern Family’s domination seems to be waning, but with 10 nominations it’s still a surprisingly strong presence. And while all of the Orange is the New Black and True Detective love is not even remotely shocking, it’s still nice to see new faces. Unfortunately, they are in a small group.

The Emmys aren’t exactly known for surprises. They like the shows they like, and ignore the ones they don’t. Sometimes I wonder if the members even watch the actual screeners they’re given. I find it hard to believe that they do given that they have once again ignored that Hannibal is a thing that exists. From a technical standpoint, it’s easily the most impressive show on television on ANY network or platform. I can see it not getting acting or series love (not because the actors aren’t incredible, but because it’s not the easiest show to watch), but to ignore the show technically makes me think they skipped right over the episodes they were given and instead chose to re-watch Downton Abbey. That’s really the only excuse I can think of for how Downton got the ridiculous amount of nominations that it did. I’m not hating on Downton Abbey, I really do love the show, but I’m not blinded by the fact that there are other, better shows out there. Orphan Black and Tatiana Maslany’s incredibly performance were left out in the cold, as was Michael Sheen for his role in Masters of Sex. I know they watched the show, but I guess they just can’t drop Jon Hamm even though he’s probably got a better shot of being struck by lightening that actually winning an Emmy (deserving as he may be…he’s the dramatic version of Steve Carell). They’re still giving the never funny GIRLS a few nominations and keeping the hasn’t-been-watchable-since-season-2 GLEE alive with a couple of technical nominations. And perennial Emmy darlings like Don Cheadle, Matt LeBlanc, Jeff Daniels, Edie Falco, and Claire Danes still manage to get nominated whether or not they even did something worth being nominated for in their shows this season. I’ll still make predictions and watch with baited breath on August 25th (because Monday seems like a good day for an award show…), but I’m always watching with the hope that next year things will be different.

Tv News- Teen Wolf Season 5 Confirmed!

Teen Wolf was just confirmed for a 5th season. Kind of unusual....The information came from the institution which gives loanes for movies and tv shows in California. From the table they published we found out that the MTV series will receive a fiscal loan for 11.5 mil $ for 2014-2015 which practically means that season 5 of Teen Wolf is going to happen!

True Blood Season 7 Episode 2 Thoughts

I don’t know when True Blood truly started to go off the rails.

But it was probably around the time they killed Godric.

So let’s go back there. Let’s not kill Godric. Let’s not make Sookie an absolute moron. Let’s not completely destroy Eric’s character.

Let’s make Eric/Sookie what they were supposed to be. Give Godric a central role. Keep Pam badass. Get rid of Bill entirely. And make Alcide a footnote in history.

Yes? Yes.

To return to the matter at hand: the only notable thing that happened in the second episode of this last season was Eric and Jason...getting it on! that`s it...:(

Teen Wolf S04E01: Where's Derek?

"So, where’s Derek?" Stiles asks when he’s done placing the stacks of money on the table.

They slide a slim book his way and he shares a look with Lydia.

"That doesn’t answer his question," she says.

"Oh, but it does, chica. The man you’re looking for is inside there." One of the men corrects her.

Stiles scowls, “That’s a book. Look, you guys got what you wanted so stop playing and tell us where he is.”

The man grins and points to the book, “I told you where he is. Now, you just have to find him.”

He huffs. “Okay, you’re funny. Happy? We’d appreciate it if you don’t waste our time more than you already did, though. By, like, oh I don’t know? Maybe telling us where Derek is?! And before you start saying he’s in a book; he’s not. He can’t be in a book.”

Funny Man chuckles, “You believe in werewolves and shapeshifters but not magic, ehh?

Something clicks in Stiles’ mind as he stares at the ‘Where’s Waldo’ book.

But…it can’t be.

He glances at Lydia and sees that she has the same expression of disbelief.

Stiles stays frozen for a second but quickly shrugs it off as he realizes that this is Derek. It won’t be hard at all to find his grumpy face among a sea of happy ones.

He tries not to let his smirk show as he quickly grabs and opens the book. This is going to be so easy.

Except he doesn’t see a crowd of happy faces.

What kind of sick joke is this?

He does see grumpy cat, though.

A plethora of human bodies with grumpy cat heads, to be exact.

And somewhere in there is Derek’s grumpy mug.

True Blood S07E01 Thoughts

I saw the True Blood premiere, and I am already overwhelmed. 

Spoilers ahead!!!!

Like, Tara, my favorite character is dead. Fuck the other cast except Lafayette, Eric, Alcide and Pam. I was worried Tara’s mom had Hep V or whatever it is it’s called, and she wanted to kill Tara because deep down Letty Mae hated Tara.

If Lafayette dies, I am done with this final season. Not like they cared if one viewer is gone, but still ! How could you kill my baby? 

I like how Jessica stayed and protected Adilyn, I thought that was really noble of her. 

The way they treated Sookie was a bit unfair. I know she got mixed up with Vampires, but it wasn’t Sookie who created this Hep V virus. But people like to blame others…

What happened to Eric, and what the fuck Pam? I think Jessica’s boyfriend, and Lafayette will become a thing.

 I hope Nicole’s baby is okay, and she, and Arlene get out alive.

Other than that, I am sad Tara died, and that’s what I paid attention to the most. I might re-watch it tomorrow morning.

Tv News: Community Season 6?

There is still hope for a season 6 of Community! After being canceled  by NBC it appears that the show will continue on Hulu.

Season 4 of Hell on Wheels is about to premiere on August 2nd.

MGM and Warner Bros. announced a new Stargate trilogy produced and directed by Dean Devlin and Roland Emmerich.

Season 2 of Sleepy Hollow will premiere on September 22nd. Tom Misson, the main character is no longer a bachelor! He married his girlfriend Charlotte Coy

True Detective`s second season will have 3 main characters, none of them being Rustin Cohle or Marty Hart. 

Tracy Morgan is still in critical condition.

Game of Thrones - The Most Viewed Tv-Show in the History of HBO

And...the official confirmation just arrived: Game of Thrones became the most viewed tv-series in the history of HBO 'de-throning' the popular drama The Sopranos.

As far as numbers go, the George R.R. Martin books inspired show has achieved about 18, 4 milion viewers on all of the American media platforms. These figures are with about 200,000 viewers higher than the former HBO drama The Sopranos which has had the outstanding rating record since 2002.

Season 4 of Game of Thrones will end on the 15th of June but it will have another (or more) two confirmed seasons.

Tv News- Penny Dreadful Renewed

 

 

The tv news of the day comes from Showtime. The television has renewed the latest tv revelation Penny Dreadful for a new season (season 2). The horror drama will get a 10 episode second season and will air in 2015. 

Penny Dreadful is a project that puts together in a great horror story a series of universal literature negative characters.

New Tv-Show: Gang Related

Gang Related is an American action drama television series that debuted on May 22, 2014 at 9/8c. The show is airing on Fox during the 2014–15 American television season. The network placed the original series order on May 8, 2013, for 13 episodes.

The series follows members of the elite Los Angeles Police Department's multi-agency Gang Task Force as they take on the city's most dangerous gangs, including one with which a task force member has ties. 

The Pilot:

-Why does Munch keep talking about himself in 3rd person: “John Munch Special Investigator cares.” “If anyone knows when a marriage is over, it’s John Munch.”
-Damn Munch can drop $500,000 on bail? He’s awesome, funny and loaded!!! Why isn’t he real or mine?
-Baby Doe’s mom is found and conveniently murdered. Yay plot device!!!
-Really Rollins? You slept with Amaro once and now suddenly you’re willing to blackmail people for him? I hope he was damn good.
-Munch once told Fin the kindest thing he could was not adopt and now we’re asking him about if he wanted kids.
-Really Munch you don’t remember which Ex you almost had kids with? I’m just going to hope it wasn’t Gwen because those kids would have been super bat shit crazy.
-Really we’re putting Olivia in charge again? Because that went over so well the first time…
-Awww…Olivia looks so happy with that baby. Yay plot device of killing off his real drug addicted mom.

I just finished watching last nights Hannibal. My god that was the most disgusting scene. I had the hardest time trying to watch that. I meen I knew what was going to happen to that character but seeing it is a million times worse.

Et en tant que spectateurs ont appris la saison dernière , un culte infernal religieux sur la destruction des clones , appelé les Proleatheans , a été sur le saccage ainsi , une histoire qui anime la deuxième saison et introduit un certain nombre de nouveaux personnages , parfois énigmatiques .
La beauté d'une série de genre bien fait est que les téléspectateurs peuvent négliger l'élément paranormal - si les caractères sont écrits assez bien , les téléspectateurs ne sont pas seulement penser en permanence , " Elle est un clone " ; ils pensent , " Oh, c'est Cosima , qui est complètement différente de Alison », etc Il permet caractères - même ceux joués par la même actrice dans ce cas - à être étoffés et nuancée . Que Manson et Fawcett ont pu mettre la narration accent sur décidées situations " normales" - l' amour d'une sœur de lait et son frère , l'amour d'une mère de l'enfant qu'elle a perdu , une femme qui tente de se démarquer et d'être sa propre personne dans une monde où elle est une copie - tous humanisé orphelin noir et fait la série beaucoup mieux que ce qui aurait été un principe de limitation . La série prouvé dès le début qu'il avait plus de poids et de substance que vous pouvez vous attendre et a réussi à être divertissant et intelligent semaine en semaine.
 

Bien sûr, Manson et Fawcett se sont terriblement chanceux en trouvant Maslany en premier lieu .
Les premiers retours de la saison deux suggèrent que Orphan Black sera plus convaincant que jamais , car il devient plus confiant dans sa capacité , portée par le succès, et sa compréhension louable qu'une bonne histoire est juste que - ce n'est pas grave si c'est , un drame familier droite . Saison deux branches dans de nouvelles directions et , dans le processus , probablement cimenter Maslany en tant que candidat de l'actrice principale sera probablement pas flagrante snobé nouveau . Mais cette deuxième saison bénéficiera également de l'effervescence ajouté , le fait que plus de fans probablement pris avec l'histoire dans le hors- saison, et que ses créateurs ont habilement gardé toutes les plaques de filature et les blagues qui retentit hors de l'action . Pas une mauvaise affaire pour une émission culte - qui va maintenant nous espérons trouver un public .
